New Year, New Impact Resolutions

After a year of real wins and rising momentum across our B Corps, we’re stepping into 2026 with clarity and intention. The work, of course, continues.

Here are four commitments that some of our newly-certified B Corps are doubling down on to make our impact even clearer, smarter, and more transparent in the year ahead:

1. Raise climate accountability to meet the urgency of the moment

"Our key intention for 2026 is to accelerate our commitment to the planet by proactively preparing for the new B Corp standards." — Jen Spencer, Booth

Certification was only one part of what made 2025 a defining year for Booth.

Firstly, by adopting Science-Based Targets and independently verifying their full GHG emissions, Booth is strengthening their climate strategy with thoroughly accountable data, ensuring their readiness for evolving B Corp standards and a more sustainable future.

Alongside their climate commitments, Booth continues its global volunteering efforts across Canada, Colombia, and the Philippines, supporting local communities while fostering a shared culture of purpose-driven action.

We look ahead to even more global volunteerism, stronger cross-border relationships, and purposeful collective action from Booth, a B Corp with both the will and the capacity to drive meaningful change.

Every effort, big or small, continues to reflect Booth’s culture at its best: empathetic, engaged, and anchored in purpose.

Thank you, Booth, for reminding us that impact is grounded in real human connection, and that accountability and community go hand in hand.

2. Advance responsible innovation for deeper ESG impact

"Our B Corp certification was a key trust signal for clients in 2025. Several new enterprise customers cited it as a reason they chose us over competing ESG platforms, especially when evaluating data governance, ethics, and responsible AI.” — Gavien Mok, Seneca ES

In 2026, Seneca ESG is sharpening its mission to make sustainability smarter, faster, and more widely adoptable. By strengthening and expanding their ESG capabilities, they aim to help organisations surface gaps sooner and act with purpose—accelerating progress for both people and planet.

This forward momentum builds on a strong 2025 foundation:

Last year, the team refined its capabilities across finance-grade carbon accounting, automated gap analysis, supply-chain outreach, and ESG reporting. Seneca also expanded its engineering and sustainability teams across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, while deepening its global presence through participation in climate action events worldwide.

Looking ahead, Seneca will release its inaugural Seneca Impact & Responsible AI Report, introduce new initiatives to reduce cloud-compute emissions, and strengthen employee well-being. These commitments set the stage for continued ecosystem growth across LATAM, MENA, and the EU.

Across every dimension of its work, Seneca ESG remains grounded in transparent, responsible, and impact-driven innovation, proving that accountability and ambition should always move in lockstep.

3. Make our impact easier to see so others can join in

"2026 is about going from measurement to momentum—and bringing our guests and partners along for the journey." — Daniel Rouquette, Villa Finder

After becoming a certified B Corporation in 2025—a milestone built on years of purpose-driven work—Villa Finder is set to take its impact visibility even further in 2026.

This year, they’re developing new tools that help guests understand the real-world outcomes of their work.

From trees planted and carbon reduced to the many sustainability features embedded across their villa network, Villa Finder’s impact is made tangible and personal.

In 2026, Villa Finder will also continue strengthening its ecosystem of good. This includes supporting local partners, delivering detailed impact reports to villa owners, expanding volunteering and learning initiatives, growing their Kiva lending programmes, and deepening the accuracy of their Scope 3 emissions data to stay on course for long-term net-zero ambitions.

Through all of this, Villa Finder’s journey underscores a simple truth: Impact grows stronger and deeper when we create it together.

4. Expand opportunities for underprivileged entrepreneurs to shape brighter futures

"In 2025, we launched SleekSpark to help underprivileged entrepreneurs pursue their dreams at minimal cost—and our New Entrepreneurs community is on track to reach 20,000 members." — Simon Fiquet, Sleek

In 2026, Sleek is deepening its commitment to inclusive entrepreneurship by partnering with charitable organisations to expand its SleekSpark programme—offering more under-privileged founders the guidance, resources, and community they need to start and grow their businesses.

This newly launched initiative has already supported underprivileged entrepreneurs, and its impact is amplified by the growth of Sleek’s New Entrepreneurs community, which is on track to reach 20,000 members by the end of the year.

By widening access to mentorship, support networks, and practical business tools, Sleek is shaping a more equitable startup landscape—one where aspiring founders from all backgrounds can access real opportunities to succeed.

Thank you, Sleek, for showing us that opportunities are better cultivated together.

#BTheChange - Building a bigger, bolder future with you

This year, we’ve transformed alongside our B Corp community—by adapting our standards, investing in stronger guidance, and meeting the global call for real, measurable responsibility.

We also elevated the visibility of B Corps across Singapore, showing that this movement extends far beyond sustainability. In 2026, we’re embracing a more holistic commitment to people, planet, and purpose.

Together, your milestones mark a new chapter for the B Corp SG movement: one where impact shapes ambition, and our future deepens its roots in purpose and progress.

Let’s make 2026 count.

Here’s to greater impact, stronger accountability, and businesses that choose to do better.

Every step forward, no matter how small, moves us closer to the world we imagine.

See you in 2026 — our best work lies ahead.
