Company Annual Revenue
Submission & Certification Fees
The B Lab Standards is offered as a public good. B Lab Singapore encourages all companies to use the complimentary self-assessment on B Impact to measure, manage, and improve their impact.
Companies intending to certify for the first time are required to pay a submission fee, which covers the cost of the initial Year 0 audit. The new certification process includes an enhanced assurance model carried out by a third-party to verify company performance against the new B Lab standards. If the company is verified to meet B Lab's standards, it pays a certification fee, payable on an annual basis. These fees enable B Lab to support the growing demand and momentum of the movement, while maintaining the rigour of the audit process under our new standards.
Both submission and certification fees are based on a company’s gross revenue (including all entities that are in scope of certification). To maintain its B Corp Certification, companies pay certification fees annually. All fees listed below are in US dollars (USD) and are non-refundable.

As B Corp Certification moves to an accredited third-party verification model under the V2 standards, we have updated the submission fees to reflect the costs of this new assurance process. This third-party model strengthens the credibility of the B Corp certification through the introduction of a streamlined and rigourous auditing system based on internationally-accepted norms.
The submission fees will cover only the initial Year 0 HQ audit. Other fees linked to scoping and site audits (if required), and future audits are not included. (See Appendix A & B of the Certification Process Requirements for the audit requirements over a five-year certification cycle.) New companies that do not complete certification successfully will still be required to pay the submission fee.
Prices are subject to change, in anticipation of the global harmonisation of certification fees by B Lab in 2027.1. Scoping fee--large companies (>$75M in revenue) may be required to pay a scoping fee to cover the costs of creating their approved certification scope.
2. Site audit fees--Companies with multiple sites that require audit will incur additional fees, in addition to the stipulated submission fee that only covers the audit of the HQ. (Please refer to the Multisite Sampling Guidance on pg 32 of the Certification Process Requirements document.)
B Lab Singapore will continue absorb the submission (audit) fee for Singapore-headquartered B Corps recertifying in 2026. This is subject to change, in anticipation of the global harmonisation of certification fees by B Lab in 2027.
