Standards Sprint: Get Certification Ready - Workshop 2

Overview

Designed for both aspiring and recertifying B Corps, particularly those on the Medium, Small, Micro, and Company Without Workers (CWW) tracks, the Standards Sprint is the next phase of your learning journey.

The Sprint helps participants translate knowledge into action by:

• Deepening understanding of the Impact Topics

• Providing facilitated discussion spaces to ask questions and share experiences

• Supporting progress within the B Impact App

• Enabling peer learning among companies at similar stages of the certification journey

Who should attend

• Certified B Corps preparing for recertification

• Companies pursuing B Corp certification for the first time

• Organisations on the Medium, Small, Micro, and Company Without Workers (CWW) tracks

  
  

Programme Structure

The Standards Sprint consists of three facilitated sessions delivered over two months. Participants may attend individual sessions or join the full series.

• Workshop 1 - Governance Impact Topics and Certification Project Management - 21 July 2026 | 2:00–3:30 PM

• Workshop 2 - Environmental Impact Topics and Human Rights - 4 August 2026 | 2:00–3:30 PM

• Workshop 3 - Fair Work, JEDI and Audit Readiness - 18 August 2026 | 2:00–3:30 PM

Before You Begin

To get the most value from the Standards Sprint, participants are encouraged to complete their company setup in B Impact before attending their first workshop. This will confirm their company track, size, and sector, and ensure they can follow along with the discussions and activities. If you have any questions about completing your company setup, contact the team at B Lab Singapore.

Participants are encouraged to complete the relevant Thinkific courses before each workshop. 

Standards Sprint Workshop 2: Environmental Impact Topics and Human Rights

This workshop covers the Environmental Impact Topics: Climate Action, and Environmental Stewardship and Circularity.  As several areas of the Human Rights Impact Topic are intertwined with the Environmental Stewardship and Circularity Impact Topic, we will discuss Human Rights alongside these topics. Participants will review the requirements for Medium, Small, Micro, and CWW companies, and explore practical examples and resources.

• Climate Action – Review key requirements and practical actions to measure, manage, and reduce environmental impacts

• Environmental Stewardship and Circularity – Explore approaches to resource use, waste reduction, and circular business practices

• Human Rights – Understand key expectations and risk considerations across operations and value chains
